1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak campaign periods, minor delays in processing time may occur; we appreciate your understanding.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Your order will be shipped via the most suitable global carrier for your region (DHL, USPS, etc.), ensuring a reliable and tracked delivery experience.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a Tracking Number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address (or via SMS to your phone). You can use this link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

4. Upon Delivery – What to Check

Please inspect the package in the presence of the delivery person upon receipt.
If the product is damaged, broken, or defective, please take a photo and notify us within 24 hours.
If the defect is due to a sender-side issue, a replacement or new item will be sent free of charge.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
